Because of Gaston’s careful inspection, he uncovered several major issues that could have cost us thousands of dollars down the road. He identified exposed foundation rebar that could lead to long-term structural deterioration, rust in the HVAC drain pan indicating potential drainage or moisture problems, noticeably low hot water pressure that pointed to underlying plumbing concerns, and large gaps in the siding that could allow moisture intrusion and future damage.

Imagine coming from 3 hours away and looking to buy a house after one 30-minute walk through. Imagine then putting in an offer and having it accepted. Now imagine the amount of items you forgot to look at and have no clue about: the A/C, wall outlets, oven, breakers, sprinkler system, roof, windows, the foundation only to list a few.

Gaston was able to get into the house a few days after our offer was accepted. He called ahead of the inspection about what to expect and again right after the inspection was complete. We spoke for at least 30 minutes going over what he found in the house: loose sinks, missing door stoppers, cracked siding, etc. The house had no smoke detectors, he saw it and threw up the red flag. The oven wasn’t plugged either, another red flag! We received a 66-page inspector report and a 25-page summary with several pictures the same day. Gaston was able to find several issues with our largest investment that were able to be fixed before we moved in giving us peace of mind.
