Imagine coming from 3 hours away and looking to buy a house after one 30-minute walk through. Imagine then putting in an offer and having it accepted. Now imagine the amount of items you forgot to look at and have no clue about: the A/C, wall outlets, oven, breakers, sprinkler system, roof, windows, the foundation only to list a few.
Enter Gaston with APHI Home Inspectors.
Gaston was able to get into the house a few days after our offer was accepted. He called ahead of the inspection about what to expect and again right after the inspection was complete. We spoke for at least 30 minutes going over what he found in the house: loose sinks, missing door stoppers, cracked siding, etc. The house had no smoke detectors, he saw it and threw up the red flag. The oven wasn’t plugged either, another red flag! We received a 66-page inspector report and a 25-page summary with several pictures the same day. Gaston was able to find several issues with our largest investment that were able to be fixed before we moved in giving us peace of mind.
Finally imagine knowing that a professional went through your house with a fine-tooth comb to help with your largest purchase. That's what I had. Thank you, Gaston, for your knowledge and professionalism.
